Food intolerance aka Food Allergy

Almost 4 out of 10 people across the globe have some kind of food allergy. Food allergy is actually our body developing antibodies against certain food proteins also known as allergens, and symptoms can vary severely from life threatening anaphylaxis to swelling and rashes to itchy throat.

Food items like Shellfish, Kiwi, Fish and Plums are reported to cause allergies some of the most common ones like Milk, Egg and Wheat are also on the list.
